Our 17 agents come from a wide variety of backgrounds and came to A Insurance because they love helping people in their community. Though we may have different roles, we work as a team to give our customers the best experience possible and support one another in that work. As an agency, we continue to learn about the insurance industry and share our knowledge so we can all grow together. We’re lucky to do work we love with people who support each other, work hard, but also know how to have fun.
Kaysville Office
Roger Grow • Principal Agent
Roger is our Principal Owner here at A Insurance and does it all; Personal, Commercial, and Life Insurance. He takes pride in his work and truly cares about his customers as well as everyone he works with. He's married to Jana, the love of his life, and has 5 children, 2 daughters-in-law, a puppy dog, and one adorable grandson he can't get enough of. He loves to golf, ski, and spend time with his family. As an active member of his church and community, Roger has given his life to serving others. He likes long walks on the beach, candlelit dinners, unicorns and butterflies. Clearly the boss man has a sense of humor and is always making everyone laugh.
Michelle Anderson • Agent
Michelle joined the A Insurance family in 2016 but has been in the insurance industry since 1994. When she’s not in the office, you can find her hiking, camping, or spending time with her family, including her new grandbaby. Michelle has lived in Roy for most of her life (once a ROYAL, always a ROYAL!) and loves her community. She now shares her West Haven home with her husband, her youngest son, three dogs, and three goats. Michelle is great at explaining insurance and would love to help you understand your coverage!
Valerie Harris • Support Specialist
Valerie has worked in our Kaysville office since 2017. She enjoys making sure customers are informed and well-served. In fact, after learning the importance of proper insurance, she increased her auto policy limits, her home coverage, and bought an earthquake policy; she’s all in! As a Utah native, she enjoys all the seasons our beautiful state has to offer. She is passionate about country, family, and has a special love for animals. She will do anything to make her two kitties comfortable and gets a kick out of all their funny poses. She loves classic movies, binge watching series, family outings, watching baseball, football, and golf, road trips with beautiful scenery, cooking, and quiet afternoons with a good book or podcasts.
Josh Grow • Agent
Josh has worked for A Insurance for five years and truly loves what he does. He's always striving to be better and is eager to help others. He grew up in Davis County and after living in Detroit, Indianapolis, and Northern California, he came back to call Utah home again. He and his wife, Bethany, love to travel and try new restaurants and he balances his love for food by never missing a morning workout at the gym. He loves dogs, movies, learning, staying active, and trying new things. He has an Automotive Technology degree from Weber State University and is the one everyone at the agency turns to with car concerns. He would love to hear about your cool cars and/or pets (or better yet, send pictures).
Bethany Grow • Marketing & Support Specialist
Bethany joined in on the fun at A Insurance in spring 2021 after watching her husband, Josh, grow in the business and love his work. She's had many different jobs including ice cream maker, graphic designer, baker, writer, and bookstore manager. She's a Northern California native and now lives with Josh in Bountiful along with their two shih tzus and four hens. Bethany is a humanities nerd that loves history, art, reading, writing, and learning french. More recently she's taken up wheel-thrown pottery and enjoys making messes with clay. She loves animals of all kinds and enjoys traveling as much as possible, preferably to places with amazing food. Bethany is passionate about helping others and making the world a better place.
Katelyn Cottle • Support Specialist
Katelyn was born in Ogden, but her family moved to Idaho when she was little. She moved back to Utah in 2022 to go to Dental Assisting school. While in school, she was offered a job in insurance and absolutely fell in love with it! She changed her career path and has been in insurance ever since. She thrives off of being able to help others! While going to school she met the love of her life, Chase. Together they love hitting the gym…whether it’s pumping iron or doing CrossFit, they enjoy some friendly competition! They also love watching movies, going to concerts, and trying new recipes! They are always laughing and enjoying the simple things in life!

Jill Musselman • Agent
Jill joined A-Insurance Agencies in 1996 after having worked in her father-in-law's insurance agency until he retired. After all these years , she still says the best part of her job is working with the wonderful clients who come into the office. They just make her day. She likes swapping camping stories, dutch oven recipes, and talking a little insurance too. Jill has been married to her husband James for 40 years. Jill and James have four children, two sons-in-law, two daughters-in-law, and eight grandchildren. Jill's passions include cooking, gardening, crocheting, rock hunting with her grandkids, and spending time in the mountains with her family.
Keeth Kennington • Agent
Keeth has worked at A Insurance since 2008, but has been in insurance even longer and owned his own Allstate office for three years. His favorite part of working here, aside from those that he works with, is helping clients and friends stay insured correctly and affordably as well as find solutions to their insurance problems. Keeth grew up in Harrisville but has lived in Syracuse since 1982 and truly loves his city. He and his sweet wife, Laurel, raised their four daughters there and now they enjoy spending time with their 14 wonderful grandchildren. He is great on the guitar and back in the day was in a rock and roll band! Now he uses his musical talents to teach music to the children at his church. He is passionate about his community and serves as much as he can.
Shah Brionez • Agent
Shah was born in Anchorage, Alaska on the Airforce base. His family later moved to West Jordan, Utah where he met his sweetheart Gentry. They've been married for over 20 years and have one daughter, Mallory. He enjoys spending time with family, travelling, and teaching his daughter how to golf. Besides his love for his family, God, and country, he loves sneakers! As a self-proclaimed sneakerhead, Shah has owned over 200 sneakers! While he only keeps a few favorites, his daughter has been known to say “check the drip” (her words). Shah has helped families protect their homes, autos and futures since 2004. He's passionate about his work and serves on the board for the Utah Independent Agents Association and on the board of directors for the National Association of Professional Insurance Agents.
Cathy Moon • Agent
Cathy is a Utah native, who came to us from the health care side of insurance. She has been with the agency since 2017 in our Syracuse office. She has her Property and Causality license as well has her Life and Health. Cathy and her husband Daren, have four kids and one daughter-in-law. You can often find her with her family during her free time, as they are her greatest love! They love to travel, attend sporting events (GO RSL!), attend concerts, and spend time with their two “dorkie” (dachshund-yorkie) dogs. Cathy also enjoys listening to podcasts and audiobooks, decorating, shopping and spending time with her friends. If you need help with your insurance or just have a few questions, she will be happy to help you any way she can!
Emily Buchmiller • Agent
Emily joined our office in spring 2019, coming to us with a background in catering management and event photography. She has travelled quite a bit for work in the past; photographing and recording conferences in California, Florida, Illinois, and Oregon. Emily comes from a large family of girls, with multiple sets of twins! She loves playing games and spending time with her family, especially the 4-legged ones. Growing up with Shiba Inus and Huskies, Emily loves dogs almost more than anything! Luckily, her husband, Sam is on the same page as he grew up with many Great Danes. Emily and Sam have been married since 2014 and live in Layton with their perfectly spoiled Pembroke Welsh Corgis, Poe and Tato.
Nikki Jones • Agent
Nikki started at A Insurance in 2020 and has been in the industry for the past 5 years. Her favorite part of her job is helping people understand insurance so they can make sure their families are protected. She is a born and raised Utahn and lives in Roy with her husband, son, and their dogs. She likes to spend her time crafting, gardening, traveling and reading. Someday she'd love to spend a summer traveling across Europe but in the meantime she loves going to Utah's mountains and lakes to camp or 4-wheel and spend time with her family.
Ginger Morey • Support Specialist
Ginger joined our Marriott-Slaterville Office in September of 2020. She brings with her 13 years of experience in the insurance industry and a love for protecting our customers. She is passionate about life insurance and protecting all that you have worked so hard for. Her other loves include her husband, Chris, and her three sons, traveling, road trips in the RV, serving in the community, reading and long naps.

Michelle Castillo • Commercial Agent
Michelle joined A Insurance in January 2011 and is a large part of our commercial department. She has been in the insurance industry since 2001 and has a wealth of knowledge in all lines of insurance. Michelle is a native of San Diego, CA, but the military brought her to Utah in 1991. She lives in South Layton and is married to her wonderful husband Jerry. She has two children, 22-year-old daughter Taylor and 11-year-old son Jace, plus a German Shepherd, a husky mix and two cats! Michelle loves the outdoors, RZR riding, Moab, camping, and spending time with her family and friends! As a sports-loving family, they are fanatics – GO JAZZ! GO UTES! GO COWBOYS!
Eric Brown • Commercial Agent
Eric lived most of his life as an Arizonian but moved to Utah in 2019. He has worked in insurance since 1994 and has owned and operated four independent insurance agencies where he specialized in commercial insurance. After selling his agencies and working for a national broker as VP in the Phoenix area, he moved to our neck of the woods with his two younger children to be closer to family. Eric has five kids and one new grandson who he adores. He enjoys golfing, playing and watching sports, hunting, and camping with his kids. He has great passion in providing your business with the proper coverage to ensure you are protected when life’s surprises happen.
