Program Description

1. Consent
   By opting into our SMS program, users consent to receive personalized text messages and occasional promotional messages from A Insurance Agencies at the phone number provided during the opt-in process. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

2. Message Frequency
   The frequency of SMS messages will vary based on customer interaction with your services. Customers may receive up to 1 promotional message per week.

3. Fees
   Standard message and data rates may apply. Customers are advised to check with their mobile service provider for details.

4. Opt-Out
   If customers prefer an alternative form of communication as a primary mode of contact or use a different phone number for texting, contact our team to update the communication preferences on your account. Customers can opt out of receiving all SMS messages at any time. To unsubscribe, they can reply “STOP” to any text message received. After opting out, they will no longer receive any SMS messages (including personalized communications related to their insurance policy) unless they choose to opt back in.
